Standard Allowance for Gender Equality Measures

This research group includes three female PIs and numerous allocated young female PhD, MD, Master and postdoc students. We offer funding for gender equality measures. This includes financing personal coaching and peer mentoring, as well as support for childcare outside normal working hours during times of workshops, symposia or congresses to promote a family-friendly working environment.
